The Golden Driller is a 75-foot-tall statue that has presided over the Tulsa Expo Center since 1966. Built from a steel frame wrapped in concrete and plaster, it's the sixth-largest statue in the United States. The Driller stands tall, proclaiming the local pride in the oil industry and the people who worked the land.
